FAQ

Do I need a bot in the meeting?

No. AllMins works with recording files, not a bot that joins the call. Download the Zoom recording after the meeting and upload it — no special permissions or an in-call bot are required.

Can I use an existing recording?

Yes. Any existing Zoom recording — cloud or local, MP4 or M4A — can be uploaded to AllMins to generate a transcript and minutes, even if the meeting happened a while ago.

Can I export to DOCX?

Yes. The transcript and the generated minutes can both be exported as an editable DOCX file for Word or Google Docs.

Can I use it for recurring meetings?

Yes. Upload the recording from each occurrence separately and you'll get an independent, structured record for every session.
